I fear my chin lacks vertical height and would be greatly improved by a modest adjustment of some 4-5mm vertical height. To look more masculine, as I feel my jawline looks feminine Is this possible with a chin implant? Pics attached

Yes it can happen with implants. If it bothers you enough or cause issues in the future, I suggest removal of the implant and doing genioplasty, which is a more permanent result and won't have this sort of implant issues. over the long term, if the movement don't settle down, you might run into...
At this point, I would recommend that you get a CT of the implant to ascertain that it has not migrated. Intermittent pain following an implant placement is very uncommon. The CT will show the position of the implant and whether it is close to the mental nerve.
