Looking for some advice of what the best course of action would be here. I get really prominent lines on my cheeks when I smile and have resting smile lines along with lines from the inner eye corner. Constant feel like I look tired. Age 29, 164cm and 58kgs

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Thank you for your question and photo. You would likely benefit most from a combination of Botox and dermal filler injections. Botox can calm an overactive muscle while minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. 
Fillers can also decrease facial lines while restoring volume as needed. Results from Botox treatments generally last for 3-4 months, while dermal filler results can last for up to a year. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector who can suggest the best formulas and dosages.

For the motion-related wrinkles on the cheeks, a cohesive, resilient filler fanned throughout the region would help to mitigate this. Botox would be appropriate for the crow's feet wrinkles to the sides of the eyes with smiling. A filler, such as Belotero Balance would help to elevate and smooth the mid-cheek furrow that extends outward from the end of the tear trough line. Both types of treatments can be performed if so desired within the same treatment session. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist who should be able to perform all of the above in the space of about thirty minutes, with the filler-related benefits typically seen immediately and those of Botox seen generally in one to seven days following treatment.
