I had 400cc below the muscle and a lift in April. My right breast has always seemed higher/diff from day one post op. Not hard, no pain but I'm concerned about the lower pole fullness (lack thereof) on the right breast. Can this continue to stretch? My surgeon said even if it looked this way 6 months post op, he is not sure he would recommend revision. Is it possible for this to drop or stretch at this point? The implant feels like it's still higher than the other
Answer: Can my implant drop more Hello, thank you for the photos and question. You definitely want to make sure you continue to wear good bra support to help keep the implants for stretching. Without seeing your pre photos it's hard to see if you had any differences to start.

Answer: Breast Implants Hello, my name is Dr Igor Burko and I am a plastic surgeon at SY Aesthetics in NYC. Firstly, no two breasts are ever exactly the same, there will always be mild asymmetries. I would wait one full year to see how both implants continue to settle prior to making any decision. I think you have a nice result and each side implants/breast will heal and settle differently.

Answer: Asymmetry Based on the photo it appears the asymmetry that is present is mild. You may notice some minimal improvement over time as things soften and stretch. Unless it is particularly bothersome or the asymmetry worsens, it doesn't appear that a revision would be recommended.

Answer: BA results Dear Creative764023, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the early stages of the healing process. You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery. Answer: 4 months post op asymmetrical Hello, Thank you for the question and the photos. Overall, this is a very good result following breast lift with implants surgery. Regarding mild asymmetry, it may improve over time. Implants can take take 6-12 months to settle fully into the their final position for the best cosmetic results. I would encourage you to discuss your questions and concerns with your Plastic Surgeon. I hope this helps.
