Is there a way for another Dr. to check if fat was actually removed from someone? I had bodytite/lipo and a BBL and both have yielded absolutely zero results. It has now been 6 months and I'm beginning to wonder. I know they say it can take up to a year. But the BBL we know has failed and Zero results this far? I also believe the BBL failed because the faja they gave me was too tight and had a full backside on it. Could this be the case?

Interesting question. Only ways are obtaining operative report, copies of operating room records, where any tissue/fat samples sent to pathology for gross dx with a report, and (i do this 90% of my lipo surgeries) photo taken of lipo fats before BBL. Most likely you will not be able to obtain any of these. So just find ethical boarded pS to relipo/re BBL you.

It’s unlikely that the procedure was not performed.
The two primary reasons patients fail to see good results from Liposuction and fat transfer procedures is either because the patient was not a good candidate for the procedure in the first place or the procedure was not performed well. I don’t believe bodytite adds anything to the outcome so you can discount that part of the procedure as anything you would see as visible changes on before and after pictures.
Whenever assessing the outcome of surgery patients should include before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took. While you’re at it you should also ask them to forward a copy of your operative report. In your operative report includes the amount of fat that was removed from each area. it also includes the amount of fat that was injected.
Did you have an in person consultation with this provider before surgery?
During that consultation did the provider review before and after pictures with you?
How many before and after pictures did they show you of cases they had done during your consultation?
Compression garments have no impact on liposuction or fat transfer results. They simply do not affect the final outcome.
I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her.
Asked your provider about the lack of results and see what they have to say about it.
