Is it possible to make my nose more narrow without breaking the bone? (Photos)

dmcburney
My nose bone itself is very straight but I would like my nose to be more narrow from the front. I also want my nostrils to be more narrow. And ideally I want the tip to be smaller. Would this be possible without having to fracture my nose? Could I have work done just to the cartilage and fatty part of the nose?
