My nose bone itself is very straight but I would like my nose to be more narrow from the front. I also want my nostrils to be more narrow. And ideally I want the tip to be smaller. Would this be possible without having to fracture my nose? Could I have work done just to the cartilage and fatty part of the nose?

Thanks for your question. I don't think that vomiting will cause any change to your surgical result. If you feel like you may have injured your nose in some way you should contact your operating surgeon to ensure that your recovery is going as smooth as anticipated. Take care.

Asymmetry is present on all body parts. No 2 parts are ever exactly the same. During consultation I always perform a 3D imaging that I use to show patients how different the right and left sides are. Part of rhinoplasty involves correcting this asymmetry on the nose.
