If yes, will Sculptra cause bumps below the eyebrow? Beat advice plz. I'm not ready for surgery. I want to get back my fuller below eyebrow that I had before. I've lost collegan and now dealing with upper eye folds and lose skin at the end of my brows.

I would not recommend using Sculptra around the eye, including under the brows.  The skin is thin around the eye and it is possible to get visible bumps from Sculptra in that area.  If you were going to use any filler in the eye area, I would recommend using one of the hyaluronic acid fillers.

Sculptra is contraindicated in this area because of the likelihood of nodules.  Since your brows appear to be at a normal position, the best results for this problem would be attainable by blepharoplasty. if you do not wish to have surgery, alternatives could include daily retinol cream and Aluma or other radiofrequency treatments to tighten the skin, Botox to the glabellar complex including the depressor supercilli and also to the peripheral fibers of the periorbital sling to give a gentle lift to the brows across the entire brow, and/or Beletero or another hyaluronic acid filler just under and perhaps above the brows to lift the brows.so

not recommended for this area as treatment would be too superficial and cause
nodules.
