Thank you for your question.  Unfortunately without photos or more importantly, an in-person evaluation, it is nearly impossible to tell you what would be best for you.  You need to be evaluated by a board-certified plastic surgeon who is an expert in each of the procedures you would like to have performed to determine if you are a candidate.  Based on your description alone though, what you are seeking out is liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL) along with the unnamed procedures you desire.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

Unfortunately without pictures its hard to determine what you would need or what would be appropriate for you.  Also surgical prices vary from different geographic locations.  I would seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss liposuction of multiple body areas with augmentation of the buttocks with fat transfer.  In my practice, we do discount add-on procedures.  For example, the cost of adding back liposuction to an abdominoplasty is cheaper than the cost of each procedure individually.  Depending on how much adiposity (fat) you have in each area will determine how much of a result you can expect to see from fat transfer to the buttock.  Best of luck.
