I want to get fat removed from my face, back, stomach, arms, thighs. I would also like to transfer some to my butt. There are some other things I want to get done too, would I get a discount for doing more things with one doctor (lip injections). If someone can list the procedures and the prices in my area that would be helpful. I'm doing all my research before I go and I hope to go by the end of the year 2016.

Answer: Procedures Unfortunately without pictures its hard to determine what you would need or what would be appropriate for you. Also surgical prices vary from different geographic locations. I would seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss liposuction of multiple body areas with augmentation of the buttocks with fat transfer. In my practice, we do discount add-on procedures. For example, the cost of adding back liposuction to an abdominoplasty is cheaper than the cost of each procedure individually. Depending on how much adiposity (fat) you have in each area will determine how much of a result you can expect to see from fat transfer to the buttock. Best of luck.
