How long to wait until a tattoo post Accutane?

I agree with the prior answer that three months is not the standard treatment with Accutane.Having said that, I recommend two to three months before getting inked.  I know from experience with my own tattoos (yes, a dermatologist with ink!) how much tissue damage they do and how long it takes for them to heal.Accutane changes your skin and you want your tattoo to have every chance to heal perfectly!!

Well clearly you weren't on Accutane for long enough to have any kind of cure, so you're going to need to go back on at some point here.... 3 months is not nearly enough of a cumulative dose. That being said, a tattoo is a lot of tissue damage, and I'd wait at least 3 months more to get one. "This
