I am 5'2, 105 lbs, I am tiny. However, I have extremely muscular calves, and I have consulted more than one doctor, they suggest that I might need more botox than 100 units....given the severity, but suggested me to start with 100 units each leg. Now that I have injected 100 units each leg, I would like to know, if I need more botox, when can I add? And how much can I add?

As long as your RA is well-controlled, there is no contra-indication. Always discuss your medications and your symptoms with your doctor before having any kind of cosmetic procedure. I have treated many patients with auto-immune diseases and they have all done well.
