I'm 36 & I've been sick for 2 years, & have lost weight in my face. My eyes have become more sunken and hollow, & I'm very self conscious about it. I just wrote another question about a fat transfer for around my mouth area, which has also lost weight. If I get that, could I get a fat transfer under my eyes at the same time? Or would filler be better? Or blepharoplasty? If I got a fat transfer, would it be permanent or long-lasting? Pix attached taken in bad lighting to highlight issue
