I wanted to know what kind of treatments there are to help my teeth, will they fall out and does pinhole gum surgery really work and is it a long term treatment?

After looking at this photo, it looks as though you are a clencher or grinder.  This is likely to be the cause of your receding gums on that tooth.  I would recommend having a composite resin placed over that tooth to protect it.  In addition, I would recommend that you get fitted by your dentist for a night guard.  This will help slow down the recession and help you keep the remaining enamel that you have left on your teeth.

there are different causes of gum recession clenching/ Grinding orthodontic treatment aggressive brushing smokinggenetically thin tissue type from the picture.  You do show some  wear and flattened teeth. So you might be a clencher/ Grinder a night guard will prevent further damage to your teeth and surrounding tissue/ bone getting a white filling to patch up the exposed root is exactly what it sounds. A patch work   The fillings might even pop off when u grind/ clench these exposed roots could be covered and the gum could be regenerated to the natural state. comparing different gum graft techniques and results ; 1- gum graft with your palatal tissue as donor will give you the best root coverage. Longer lasting results 2- gum graft with donor skin as a source will give you comparable results. But the regenerated  tissue might be thin. So more prone to recede again if causes of recession not eliminated 3-pinhole surgery will provide good results if you have some thick gum tissue remaining. The results might not be as long lasting as palatal donor technique the advantage of 2, 3 are - lowered surgical discomfort - reduced number of surgeries needed for multiple recession sites get a referral to a periodontist to discuss ur options further. the sooner the treatment the better the results good luck
