Front tooth has large hole. Will I need to get it pulled? (Photo)

My tooth has a hole in it thats really big...and the other day, part of the back crumbled off. (Like a fairly small piece but still scary) im scared im going to have to get it pulled. What do you think? possible filling or crown?

Hi:You do not necessarily have to pull the tooth.  Depending on the depth of the cavity your treatment may range from a filling to root canal and crown.  I suggest you go to the dentist right away before the decay progresses further.Best,Dr. Maddahi

Don't worry, you won't need to get it pulled. What you have is a cavity that causes what you see. It will need to be filled with a tooth colored filling. See a dentist and it will be fixed!

From the picture it appears that this tooth can be restored. I suggest getting into the dentist as soon as possible.

an X-ray  would really help figure out how badly decayed it is. However from the photo you posted it looks like that with me still be savable! 
Your best bet is to get it checked as soon as possible before it deteriorates anymore
