I'm going to have 28 crowns...my doctor suggests Bruxzir solid Zirconia for the posterior teeth, which I agree with because it is the strongest material available and esthetics does not matter in posterior teeth. He also suggests Ultra translucent Zirconia crown for the anterior teeth, and he said considering strength and esthetics, Ultra-T Zirconia is the best choice for anterior teeth. What do you think doctors? Thanks

Sounds like you may have apthous ulcers which can be caused by stress or even dental work . They are completely benign buy can be painful. They should resolve in 3-5 days. I would avoid any spicy foods, citric acid, etc.
