I am in my early teens and my ears really upset me. I can never wear my hair up without feeling self conscious. I read that wearing a headband when you sleep can help correct it. Does this work? If so for how long? Surgery isn't an option for me and I would really like it if there was some other way.

So they do look al little narrow in the mid section but I suspect this will even out over the next few days now the dressings are gone. It does slightly depend on the technique used and some surgeons use glue to hold the ears back while they heal, all of which will affect how they look right now...
Thank you for your question. At this stage you are well healed and there is no need to wear the head band. You can also resume all activities as normal.
