How can I fix my hooded eyes and deflated flat forehead? I am afraid I look like a man.

The combination of brow bone reduction/upper orbital bone reshaping and a browlift will go along way in feminizing the upper third of your face. It is a combined brow bine protrusion and brow ptosis issue.

A key is to consider the entire facial balance and not just the one area. Each cosmetic area appears 'relative' to other areas. For example, you have very shallow cheekbones and this makes the nose more prominent in appearance. The eyebrows are quite "full" which emphasizes the lack of shape and arch to the eyebrows. Ideally one reshapes/thins/contours the brows, augments the cheekbones and possibly reshapes the nose. Then you can reassess your presented concern, if it remains.
