My left eye is smaller than right may be it is ptosis? (photos)

Mt left eye is shorter then right i also face oain in left eye lif and this eye also look dezzy in pic i want to make it symetrical kindly help me suggest me best treatment for it should i consult with a opthalomologist or a plastic surgeon. Is it become symetrical by surgries or any treatment ????

Hi anayakaif,Everyone is asymmetric to some degree.  Your asymmetry falls within the range of normal.  Pursuing perfect symmetry is a fruitless endeavor, and will subject you to the risk of looking even more asymmetric.Best wishes,Dr. Jay

HelloI think your eyes are just fine. They look equal to me to all respects except for your eyelashes. The left eyelashes flow down more than on the right and this is perhaps what you see as a smaller left eye. Try combing the left eyelashes more upward to match the right eyelashes and I think all will be symmetrical then.
