Dear CvanbcThank you for your question! The fillers with higher G prime last the longest amongst the HA fillers . Sculptra can also be used and will last 2 to 3 years. With Warm RegardsTrevor M Born MD
Thank you for your question. I suggest looking into Radiesse as it can last 12-18 months depending on the patient. In order to determine which filler would provide the best results, you need a consultation with an experienced doctor. Best regards!
The answer to which filler lasts the longest anywhere is always: Bellafill- in excess of 5 years. The question then becomes what areas are good for treatment with Bellafill and the areas in question here can be very successfully treated with Bellafill.
For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa or Radiesse in addition to Sculptra. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. I would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Bellafill is a collagen stimulating product made with Bovine collagen and micro sphere of an implant material called PMMA. The pproduct is injected in much the same way as fillers (with a needle or a cannula). You will see immediate results due to the collagen, and over time, the Bovine collagen is replaced you your own natural collagen around the scaffold created by the PMMA particles. The new collagen is living tissue and gives a very natural appearance that can last for 5 years or more. This is the product I like to use when doing a Vampire Facelift.
Dear Cvanbc,There are many options to use but I prefer Restylane Lyft followed by Voluma for the jaw. Restylane Lyft is moldable but denser than Voluma, and to me mimics the structural (bony) support that you need for jaw contouring.Best regards,Nirmal R. In my experience, Voluma is the best filler to replicate bone with the longest life span and the fewest complications. I like Voluma because it is very malleable once initially injected, but then stays where it is placed and retains its shape after about 8 hours. The only downside to Voluma in my experience is that it is hydrophylic and therefore it appears over swollen for the first 7-10 days.
Dear Cvanbc,Thank you for your question. Among the hyaluronic acid fillers I like to use for the jawline, Voluma lasts the longest as it is the only hyaluronic acid filler that lasts up to 2 years. Restylane Defyne and Radiesse are also reasonable options for the jawline but do not last as long. Thuy-Van Tina Ho, MDFacial Plastic Surgeon
I would say your best options are: Bellafill (longest lasting, but irreversible), Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, and Radiesse (also irreversible). My preferred options when considering the balance of duration, efficacy & safety (including reversibility) would be Juvederm Voluma and Restylane Lyft.
Hi, thank you for your question. Dermal fillers which are not permanent or semi permanent usually lasts from 12 to 18 months depending upon the concentration used. For jaw line sculpturing a filler with bony consistency is used, as it provides good definition. I would recommend Voluma and Restylane Lyft. Radiesse is also good alternative. Please consult a reputable injector to re shape and contour your face.Best Regards,Dr. Neel Bector
Hi, thank you for the inquiry. Its difficult to comment about your situation without photographs, but as you don't want to opt for surgery then filler can help to uplift the upper eyelid to some extent. Botox won't be of much help to raise eyelid but by raising eyebrow it can give better...
Although this treatment has some great benefits in terms of providing support to the lower lip and improving the contour of the lower face, the mental crease is unfortunately an area which is often associated with more post-treatment swelling the other areas of the face. As a...
I think want you are referring to is injecting into the piriform recess. It depends on the severity of the fold but you can certainly start there. Just be careful if the angular artery crosses superficially in that area so you need to inject deep a cannula is also safer specifically 25G cannula...
