This is difficult to answer without pictures. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. If you have enough fat to harvest then hip dips should be fat grafted But with little body fat in a lean/small frame, fat grafting would likely not worker be sustained. In these cases, hip implants offer the only assured hip augmentation method.
