Hi LisahamThanks for asking this question. I know it probably is not the answer you are looking for, but it really depends on several factors. Both of those procedures involve a lot of art as well as science. So it is difficult to predict an exact number. You would need to consult in person with a plastic surgeon to get a better idea of what can be done. One factor is how much augmentation you are looking for. One session of fat grafting to the breast can typically gain 0.5-1 cup size. Additional sessions can increase this if their is sufficient donor fat to continue to harvest from. For the BBL, it again depends on what your buttock looks like and what you want it to look like. The real impact from the BBL comes in the body contouring achieved through liposuction. Without injecting any fat into the buttock, it is possible to "enhance" the buttock just by reshaping everything around it. The fat that we do have available is then used mostly for reshaping the buttock into a more aesthetically pleasing result. Then and only then do we inject the fat into the buttock itself to increase the size. The last factor is how much fat you have in your donor areas, and what those donor areas are. If you are pretty trim already, it will be difficult to achieve much more than a mild to modest increase in size if you are looking to do your buttock and breasts. Sorry if I couldn't give you an exact number....but I don't think anyone can. Its not an exact science. Seeing a plastic surgeon in consultation with give you a much better picture though once they have all the information I mentioned above. Thanks again for the great question!
Each breast can safely be augmented with 400 cc of fat into each breast; making 800 cc the maximum amount of fat to be transferred during breast augmentation fat transfer technique. The maximum amount of fat to be safely transferred into each buttock is 1,500 cc ; therefore, making 3000 mL of fat the maximum amount to be transferred during a Brazilian buttock augmentation. 3000 cc and 800 cc makes 3800 cc of fat necessary for a dual fat transfer augmentation. Please note, the limit of pure fat to be removed during liposuction , in most states , is 4000 mL. Best wishes.
