I suggest you wait until having children, because, during and after pregnancy, your body will experience multiple changes, and the results of a BBL might be compromised.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Hi... thank you for the question, and congratulation on your organised agenda of live. You can have your BBL in February like you are planning, wen you get pregnant and have your baby your buttock are probably increases a little bit more. After that, in in your hands to loose some weight in this area or do some exercise just to maintain them. 

Every person is different, how your body is going to change after pregnancies, is a mystery, you may have an idea by looking at relatives ( mother and sisters) however it is like predicting your future, impossible to know for sure. When a patient ask me in regards to if it will be better to have a cosmetic surgery before or after pregnancies, I always say, you need to make the decision and decide when do you want to look at your best, is the answer is now, then you should do the surgery now. During pregnancy, you need to do where ever is good for you, continue doing exercise,  keep a good diet, keeping your skin moisturized. How exactly your body is going to behave after pregnancy?. No body can possibly tell you, but if you need further cosmetic surgeries, in the future, then you should be able to make that decision.Good luck!
