narrow the nostrils then an alar base reduction is the procedure of choice.

During
an alar base reduction, incisions are made in the crease where the nostrils
meet the cheek. Depending on the shape of your nose and the goals of the
procedure, a variety of shapes and sizes of skin in this area is removed.
This will decrease the width and flare of the nostrils.

This
procedure can be accomplished while the patient is awake. It should take
about 1 hour and the recovery is typically quick and uncomplicated.

Hi there. You appear to be a good candidate for alar base reduction surgery to reduce nostiril size and/or nostril flaring.
