Your concerns are actually quite common and there are a number of techniques available to create a nasal appearance more to your liking. Results are typically permanent. Costs vary from region to region, the complexity of the procedure and the experience of the surgeon. That said, I would put the qualifications, experience and 'bedside' manner of the surgeon at the top of the list rather than pricing. Best of Luck Dr Harrell
