I am African and my nose is something I really want to change. My nostrils are so wide and flat. I feel so uncomfortable when I look into the mirror. Can I achieve a better result with Rhinoplasty ? How much does it cost? plus can I maintain my ethnicity and will the result be permanent ?

Yes, your nose can be improved more to your liking. Your concerns are actually quite common and there are a number of techniques available to create a nasal appearance more to your liking. Results are typically permanent. Costs vary from region to region, the complexity of the procedure and the experience of the surgeon.
