Hello. It saddens me to hear that your features cause you distress. A well executed rhinoplasty can solve manny of your concerns. You will need cartilage grafting, tip refinement , an reduction in your nostril size. See a surgeon and discuss your options. 

Yes, your nose can be improved more to your liking. Your concerns are actually quite common and there are a number of techniques available to create a nasal appearance more to your liking. Results are typically permanent. Costs vary from region to region, the complexity of the procedure and the experience of the surgeon.
