How can I correct my lip after having a le Fort one osteotomy?

I am 6 weeks post op from a le Fort 1 osteotomy. I had a keratocystic Odontogenic tumour removed from my max sinus. The max was put back where it was and now I feel like one side of my lip is rolling under making it tighter on one side. How would I correct this issue? Is at all. It's making me self conscious :(
