Is there any clinic in North America that performs non invasive septum correction?(Laser assisted septal cartilage reshaping)

Question

I was not able to find any clinics in North America that perform modern non invasive septum correction. (like Laser assisted septal cartilage reshaping (LASCR) or septochondrocorrection). Could you please advice whether there are any ENT doctors in North America who started to use this modern non invasive procedure?

Go traditional, do a normal and good septoplasty, things are not as "cool" as they sound. Laser is not the solution to everything.

We have performed  thousands of septoplasty procedures for varying degrees of twisted bone and cartilage in the back of the nose. The far majority of deviations in the nose are  bony in nature or the cartilaginous/bony junction. CO2 laser  will not cut bone. A septoplasty is a simple 15 minute procedure under brief anesthetic with traditional instruments as an outpatient surgical procedure that does not require a laser burning tool to perform

HiThis technique is not widely used in the US.  The reality is that CO2 Laser assisted septoplasty or LASCR / LAOS is mainly good for patients who have a "unilateral cartilagenous septal spur.'  That is a very particular type of septal deviation.  Often times there are many other deformities contributing to the deviated septum and CO2 Laser assisted septoplasty or LASCR / LAOS does not address those. The use of lasers has always had a great marketing ring to it and many doctors use the term laser to attract patients.  At the end of the day, you need to trust an expert to straighten your septum in the best possible manner.
