Drinking Chamomile tea
I know of no known article, paper in the medical or even homeopathic literature that would indicate that Chamomile tea would lead to gynecomastia or recurrent gynecomastia after surgery. There are many substances that can lead to estrogen induced glandular hyperplasia that can contribute to gynecomastia, but Chamomile tea is likely not one of them. Post-operatively when the glandular tissue has been removed and any chest adipose has been reduced, the likelihood of medications that cause gynecomastia leading to recurrence is also very low.
I think you can feel comfortable drinking tea pre and post-operatively safer than those that gynecomastia will not be one of the side effects nor will recurrent gynecomastia be a problem.
I hope this information is of some assistance and best of luck.
