Bruising and some swelling can happen as a result of the transplant; that can vary by patient. If you want to try and disguise that you got it done I suggest wearing glasses for the first 5-7 days of your recovery time. After about 7 days you should be able to go back to normal.
It's pretty hard to have an eyebrow transplant without someone noticing. There is redness, swelling and bruising for 3-8 days. The bigger the session the more bruising there is.
