I trimmed some of the transplanted eyebrows. Will that cause it to not grow back once it's shed?

No hair roots came out it was just the scab and the hair that I carefully trimmed off but I left some behind so the trimmed eyebrow will fall out and shed when it was ready.

Trimming eyebrow hair post transplant will not hurt the hair follicle when done gently.  Actually, since the hair is transplanted from the scalp the hair will grow at a faster rate and will need to be trimmed more often!
