Large pore size is common complaint.&nbsp;I always tell my patients that pore size is genetically predetermined and we can not change the size of the pore. &nbsp;However, all hope is not lost! &nbsp;We do have the ability to minimize the appearance of the pores by keeping the skin in the best possible health. &nbsp;I would urge you to seek out a skin specialist to make sure you are on the correct products that will not clog pores and to start an appropriate regimen of skin treatments that incorporate exfoliation on a regular basis (monthly facials and/or chemical peels). &nbsp;CO2 lasers and micropen treatments, both with PRP, are also wonderful treatments to help the appearance of your skin.

Vaser Lipo on inner and outer thighs, flanks and upper arms 4 weeks ago. I have significant discomfort and swelling at my lower back and right thigh. Seroma drained every 3 to 5 days lower back area. 1. When compression on right leg entire back thigh throbs and feels like tight hard rope in inner and back of leg. 2. 2 separate areas that have bulging fat or something bubbling out into the skin creating a pouch on outer thigh and groin area. These areas are warm to touch and still painful.

Yes, Vaser liposuction is compatible with fat transfer and can be done very safely. &nbsp;The fat cells are purified and then reinjected into the area that you wish to contour (in your case your butt). &nbsp;I would seek a physician with experience in these techniques in order to obtain the best outcome.

If I do Vaser ultrasound lipo I can get fat transfer for BBL?

There are definitely still changes that are occurring under the surface at this point, but I would encourage you to return to the physician that performed the procedure to discuss your concerns. &nbsp;At 7 weeks out we would expect to see some changes.

I'm now 50 days after abdominal liposuction ( 2 liters from abdomen and flanks ) and there is no results I'm so disappointed it's bigger and more stiff than before I'm feeling i loose my money any help please

It is unlikely that this lump will resolve on it's own after two weeks. &nbsp;I&nbsp;would return to your physician to discuss options to dissipate the lump (eg. hyaluronidase). &nbsp;

Hi, I recently got 0.7ml of filler into my lips. I had minimal bruising but a lump appeared on my bottom lip. As the swelling went down so did the lump but was still very noticeable when I smiled. I massaged it for 2 weeks until I went back to see the Dr. I went back 2 days ago and the Dr tried to smooth out my lips by adding another 0.3ml. The photos attached are 2 days post 2nd injection. I am worried the lump will not go down? The lump doesn't feel hard. Thoughts? Thanks!

It is an unwise practice to save open and partially used Juvederm due to the risk of bacterial contamination. &nbsp;Syringes should be used completely in one treatment, or, discarded if not used. &nbsp;Juvederm does come in 1/2 syringes and this size may better suit your needs.

I purchased a whole syringe of Juvederm in August of last year and have used it twice so far and still have .4 left over. Is it safe to still use it? I'm scheduled to go in tomorrow for my touch up so I'm assuming it's okay but a year seems like a long time to let a used product sit especially since it's a sugar base.

How safe is it to use the rest of my Juvederm? I purchased and used 1 year ago.

Thank you for the question and the pictures. &nbsp;You are in a good position to be preventative at this time. &nbsp;I would recommend starting a regular series of micropen treatments with PRP in order to help the overall appearance of your skin. &nbsp;Seek a reputable physician in your area to find the cost, but they can range from 400-700 per treatment. &nbsp;There are lasers that provide benefit as well (such as CO2 lasers), but you may not need that at this point. &nbsp;A face to face consult will help answer your question.

3 units is a very low dose to be injected into the masseter muscle. &nbsp;A more common dose would be 20-40 units per side. &nbsp;It is very unlikely that such a small dose would have such a significant impact on your jaw line. &nbsp;At a more standard dose Botox will usually last 3-4 month. &nbsp;I would suspect that the smaller dose of Botox would not last as long. &nbsp;Chewing gum will not have a profound effect on the duration of &nbsp;your Botox..Rest assured that the Botox has not changed your face permanently and will likely wear off quickly. &nbsp;I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your injections, you might consider returning to the injecting physician to discuss with him/her.

It has been 6 days since I got a mere 3 units and my jaw is too slim again. I am so scared I permanently damaged my jaw. Help! Will chewing gum wear it off!!! 10 units lasted 2.5 months on me will 3 units last a shorter or longer amount (since the muscles were already a bit softer when I got them redone)

My masseter used to be full and strong. I had 10 units the first time, made my cheeks sunk in. 3 units the second time

I would recommend that you follow up with your physician regarding your compression garment in order to ensure a proper fit. &nbsp;2 weeks post liposuction is too early to see final results. &nbsp;Post-operative swelling can linger for as long as 6 months. &nbsp;Lymphatic drainage massage can be very useful during the healing process.

I had Vaser Liposuction on the full abdomen, flanks and chest. I previously had a pooch on the lower abdomen and I was so happy to see the results on Day 5 when the abdominal binder and foam came off. The stomach was flat! I was put into a different compression which I have worn 23.5/7, low sodium diet, low activity. Since Day 10 the pooch is back. Is this just swelling? Have I lost my Day 5 flat shape? Am I at risk of losing the Day 5 shape if I do not adjust my compression garment?
