     There may be several possibilities including hematoma, fluid collection, etc, but you will need to be examined.

I would recommend that you discuss this question with your surgeon so he/she can examine you and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan at this time.  Every surgeon has their own respective post op protocol for his/her patients.  Your surgeon is your best resource as he/she is most familiar with your medical history and how you are healing at this time.  
The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam.

Hello! It is hard to see anything from the photo you provided.  I would say from what the photo shows it appears to be bruising.   I would recommend following up with your surgeon to be sure with an in person consult.  Best of luck!

This could be several things. The possibilities are a pocket of liquified fat (like fat necrosis), an infection, or a serious bruise/collection of blood. You need to be seen by your surgeon to make a diagnosis.
