Yes, you can color your hair prior to eyelid surgery.  I would probably wait a few weeks before coloring the hair following a blepharoplasty.  Consult with your surgeon.  Good luck!

When did you have the surgery done?   Initially the scar may appear red, and possibly a little irregular.  With time these issues will resolve.  If a scar is hypertrophic, you may need a steroid injection.  Biocorneum is a silicone based product so can help scars...

It appears that the second surgery made things better, even though not perfect. At this time, it is best to wait for complete healing (3-4 months) before deciding on another procedures. Another procedure may be possible.
