When should I dye my hair prior to my blepharoplasty? Do I have to wash my hair prior to the surgery with antibacterial soap or can I use regular shampoo? Can I use hair conditioner that rinses out?

Answer: You Can Dye Your Hair Before Blepharoplasty It is safe to dye your hair before a blepharoplasty. I have my patients wait for 6 weeks after surgery before having their hair dyed. In regards to washing your hair with antibiotic soap, I do not think it is necessary although it will not hurt. You are free to use conditioner.
