Cheapest Silicone implants in NJ?

Looking for a plastic surgeon that has well reviews and work but with a reasonable price. I live in Ocean county NJ and find it to be expensive down here maybe because there are a lot of towns filled with wealthy people. Seems like North Jersey is cheaper. Any doctors offer Silicone for a good price?

Although there are plastic surgeons that may charge significantly more than others, most typically have competitive pricing based on location and level of expertise.  The cost to use the operating room and anesthesia should also be considered.  If you're looking for a "cheap" breast augmentation, you will likely not get the results you desire, which may only lead to additional costs in future revisions.  Some surgeons, like myself, may offer options such as financing (subject to credit check) and "lay-away," which may alleviate the financial burden of paying for the procedure up front.  We're located between Monmouth and Ocean County, and our prices average between  $7,500-$8,500 for a simple breast augmentation (that is with the hospital and anesthesia included). Doing a significant amount of research on the surgeon you select, including looking into reviews, before and after photos, and ensuring that they're board certified,is always recommended.  You may also want to verify that the consultation and post-operative care, including unlimited visits for your procedure are included in the costs of the surgery.  Best wishes.

The cost for Breast Augmentation like other cosmetic surgery varies considerably across the
country and even in the same area. South Florida tends to have lower fees then
more expensive areas such as in the Tri-State area or Los Angeles. We charge 2800 + MD
Anesthesia related costs for breast augmentation with saline implants. Gel
Implants tend to be about $1000 to $1500 more. Since you can get quality work
at lower costs, patients will travel from throughout the state, the country,
and internationally to have surgery in South Florida. 
To ensure that you are receiving quality work at the most cost effective
prices, consult with board certified plastic surgeons that own their own
nationally accredited facilities. The quality must be maintained at the highest
level to maintain accreditation. The surgeons also have incentive to hire and
train quality staff (to ensure that surgery is efficient and enjoyable), to
ensure comfortable and private facilities (to encourage referral), and to

Thanks for the question. When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider,  type of breast implants… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery listed on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.
In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.
Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Again, I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways. You may find the attached link helpful as you learn more. Best wishes.
