Recommendations for extra skin 9 months after tummy tuck with muscle repair? (Photos)

Question

I had an abdominoplasty with MR 9 months ago and began to notice extra skin around 5 months. I was 158 day sx, 155 after and have remained the same weight. I asked my PA and she said i need a revision. When i saw my PS at 6m he said no. Its not skin.Just back fat. I'm going to see him for my 9month. Looking fo opinions and recommendations thank you!

It doesn't look that you have issue with extra skin. Let result mature, swelling and scar (about 12-15 months in your age) and then discuss this issue with your PS. You seem to have preaty good result. Hope this helps.

From your photos it doesn't appear there is much excess skin and you have a pretty good result.  I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.  If there is excess fat in front of the abdominal wall it can be improved with liposuction.  If it is visceral fat it can only be addressed through weight loss.  Your surgeon should be able to provide some clarity for you.

You have not described where your area of concern is.
Based on the pictures you’ve shown you have an above average tell me tuck result that looks more or less perfect.
He definitely had skin laxity continuing to your backside so an extended tummy tuck may have been indicated but from all the pictures you’ve shown your results look excellent.
Is your concern your backside or your front?
If you’re not happy with your results I suggest you spend a little bit longer looking at your before pictures.
