From your photos it appears your muscle repair is intact. The contour of your abdomen is likely from visceral/internal fat. This is the fat around the organs behind the muscle wall and can be addressed through weight loss.

In all likelihood you are depositing fat in your intra-abdominal space, the organ cavity. Although liposuction would help with some residual subcutaneous adiposity you are also experiencing, I think that only nutrition and exercise modification will fully achieve your goals.
