8 months post tummy tuck, should I consider a revision to minimize the appearance of my stomach? (photos)

On Feb 1, 2022 I had a tummy tuck with flank lipo. Within the last month I look like I have a beer belly. It all pouches out. From under my boobs to the TT scar. Do I need a revision?

In all likelihood you are depositing fat in your intra-abdominal space, the organ cavity. Although liposuction would help with some residual subcutaneous adiposity you are also experiencing, I think that only nutrition and exercise modification will fully achieve your goals.

From your photos it appears your muscle repair is intact.  The contour of your abdomen is likely from visceral/internal fat.  This is the fat around the organs behind the muscle wall and can be addressed through weight loss.

You have excess visceral fat that’s causing your abdomen to bulge despite muscle tightening.
Further muscle tightening will not improve your results. What you need to do is lose weight.
Weight loss will improve your results. Make note of your current weight and continue measuring progress by comparing pictures as you successfully lose weight.
Even five or 10 pounds will probably have a fairly substantial impact.
Compare your current weight to your preprocedure weight.
Your weight should be a couple of pounds less than when you had your procedure or you’ve gained weight.
