Based on these very limited photos, it looks that most of your bulge is fat tissue. Aggressive liposuction of the abdomen would make significant difference. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, is recommmended.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

A full tummy tuck is advised based on your photos. The protrusion in the upper portion of your abdomen is either related to visceral/internal fat or muscle wall repair failure. If you had a mini tummy tuck that area isn't repaired nor is the excess skin above the belly button. I've included a video on the procedure that I hope you find helpful.

In order to make a quality assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need to see quality before and after pictures.
If you don’t have proper before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
Your surgeon is also the correct person to talk to about the outcome of your procedure.
We do not judge tummy tuck results based on what the abdomen looks like with the torso flexed or in a sitting position.
Everyone is going to have certain skin folds while flexing their torso.
Results are always judged based on an upright standing position.
Your pictures are very limited and the only thing that is obvious from them is excess visceral fat which can only be reduced from weight loss.
Consider re-posting with proper before and after pictures or consider having a proper a second opinion consultation.
For a second opinion consultations patient should come prepared to bring with them copies of their before and after pictures and a copy of their operative report. These are all available to you from your surgeons office if you request them.
I recommend you first and foremost follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her.
He or she is responsible for the outcome of the procedure.
