It is extremely unlikely that Dysport has caused you to feel ill. I suggest you visit a Dr. as it might just be coincidental and you have some other type of stomach virus. Hope you feel better and best of luck
It is unlikely that Dysport has caused your nausea and vomiting. I recommend following up with your Doctor for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
it's extremely unlikely that 20 units of Dysport has made you sick. You should see your primary care for a full evaluation and treatment.Best wishes, Dr. Aldo
Thanks for your question- While many medications list a mountain of possible side effects etc, the list in reality of Dysport is very small. The difference is that Dysport is not absorbed systemically like the medications we take by mouth. This is a huge difference and likely the reason why I believe you picked up a GI bug randomly. I would treat this like a normal GI bug and not think that it had anything to do with your treatment. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact your injector. Hope this help and God Bless! Dr. Robb
Thank you for your question about nausea and vomiting after Dysport.I am so sorry that you have been ill. The good news is, it is highly unlikely that Dysport is the cause of your symptoms of nausea and vomiting. If your symptoms persist, you should likely follow up with your primary care provider or walk-in clinic. To be sure, see two or more experienced, licensed and board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluationto make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to havetreatment.I hope this helps.
Nausea and vomiting are not a common side effect from Dysport. It may just be a coincidence in timing. I encourage you to visit with your primary care physician if your symptoms don't improve or worsen.
I have dysport over 15 years and have injected in approximately a thousand patient. I have never seen such a side effect. If your gastrointestinal symptoms were not incidental to receiving injection you should report to the injector to make sure reconstitution/preparation was done properly. In the mean time it you should seek symptomatic treatment and consider receiving anti histamine/steroid intakes.
As others have mentioned, it is extremely unlikely that this is related to Dysport. It is also impossible to know how long it will last, as the cause is unknown. I would recommend a visit to your PCP.
Hello and thank you for your question, Neurotoxins react differently for each patient, including the amount of product needed and time needed between touch ups. I suggest speaking with your board certified injectionist about the options for other treatments that may be better suited for your ne...
Hello,Thank you for your question!Yes, it's okay to take those medications after dysport. There should not be any drug interactions with that.Hope this helps!
This may be due to Botox placement. Botox results last for 3-4 months in new areas of treatment. If you're unhappy with your final results, venus legacy treatments can help soften results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Hi there, sorry this happened. You did not notice this Dysport effect until today, because the product takes 7-10 days to be fully effective. The levator muscle was not directly injected, but some of the product migrated down causing ptosis (eyelid drop). It is likely only a...
Dysport and Botox injections can certainly result in smile asymmetry, and as such, require extreme care when being injected in the lower face. Luckily, the results are temporary, and should resolve over the next several weeks. Best wishes.
Hello. I am not sure what is going on with your situation. I think you need to see your injector and have an examination. It almost sounds like something has triggered migranes, but I'm not sure. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
