I had dysport 3 weeks ago to my crows feet 27.5 units So right eye that's stronger we. Did x3 injections- 2.5, 10, 2.5 and the left, 2.5, 5, 2.5, 2,5 I was on day 8 of bactirum for my infection from my filler 5 week prior and had hylase 7 days prior to my dysport. After dysport, day 7, I felt tight, and my eyes were sore, day 10 sharp stabbing pains to temples & headaches & sore dry eyes and lil bit blurry, Now @ three weeks at the pain is less but still v. Sore and I have sore eyes

Thank you for the question. I think you are correct, and that 12 units per side is not close to enough. I usually treat with at least 25 units per side, but have gone up to 40 units per side of Botox (roughly equal to 75-120 units Dysport each side). Good luck!
