Any time Botox or Dysport is injected, there is a small risk of the medication drifting and affecting other muscle groups. In general, Dysport does spread a little more than Botox, and I generally do not recommend using it for treating the lower face, as injections here require very precise placement.Based on your photo, it appears that the Dysport injected into your chin drifted into the muscles that control your lower lip. Unfortunately there is no way to reverse the effects of Dysport after it has been injected. The results typically last 3-4 months, and you should start to notice gradual improvement in 6-8 weeks.
