Is it normal to have FUE implants positioned in a row? Will this look natural when the hair grows in? (Photo)

I recently had 2000 FUE graphs on the crown of my head, plus the part area towards the front. Upon completion, I was surprised to see ROWS of graphs, in fairly straight lines. The doctor assured me that the results will look natural, but I need some reassurances. Is this a technique? Does anyone know if this type of pattern does indeed grow in to look natural?
