I know cautery is an outdated way to treat small facial broken capillaries and now lasers are recommended . This makes no sense--cautery is cheaper, less painful, and most of all does not leave any nasty bruises, like laser treatment does. The bruising from both vbeam and pulse-dyed laser treatment is so terrible, I cannot understand why cautery is not offered. Laser seems much more traumatic to the skin, and requires more sessions, whereas cautery has always worked for me after one session.

Answer: Lasers for facial blushing and spider veins
There are creams that keep veins healthy and I recommend Omega Vein Cream. However, the creams DO NOT take away veins, they promote healthy vein valves. I also recommend citrus bioflavonoids and Diosmin and the formula I recommend as an oral supplement is Varicosamin.

This requires microphlebectomy as it large sized. Two or three tiny puncture wounds and no down time except bruising.
This is cosmetic and will cost 3500 - 4000 USD.
