Thanks for your question. It is very common for some swelling to increase after the cast is removed. This is especially true in the tip area; as this area remains swollen the longest. Obviously your surgeon will be your best resource, but try not to worry. Hope this helps.

Hi, it's like the saying goes: "a picture is worth a thousand words".  Pictures of your nose would help in the evaluation.  Rhinoplasty can refine the nose but not much more can be said without seeing "your" nose.
