How long after rhinoplasty should I get jaw surgery?

I'm planning on having my rhinoplasty before getting upper and lower jaw surgery because I cannot afford to take that much time off right now, but since rhinoplasty is a quicker recovery time, I want to get it out of the way while I can. How long should I wait after my rhinoplasty before going through with jaw surgery?

emac28,I would not be so sure as to say a Rhinoplasty is a quicker recovery time because it
actually takes up to one full year for the nose to completely heal, but around
three to four months after the surgery the changes will be the most
obvious. Up through the four- month mark
the nasal structure will be fragile as it mends and heals. You might be in a lot of discomfort having both surgeries in a similar time frame, however each patient responds differently to surgery so I suggest you consult a board certified
facial plastic surgeon to receive the highest quality knowledge, treatment,
care and skill available.

It is probably best to wait 6 months between upper and lower jaw surgery and a rhinoplasty. This should give enough time for the healing process between the 2 procedures

I would advise you not to have your rhinoplasty before your double jaw surgery. When the top jaw is moved it can change the appearance of the nose. Rhinoplasty and any soft tissue surgery, in my opinion, should be done at least six months after your jaw surgeryGood luck
