My surgeon took a picture of my nose right after surgery in theatre and it looked perfect. Now I've got the cast off I hate it and I have a bump on my supratip. What could have happened? Is this just swelling and is the look of the nose right after surgery's complete going to be my final look? I had hump reduction and removal of cartilage to make my bridge thinner.

It is probably best to wait 6 months between upper and lower jaw surgery and a rhinoplasty. This should give enough time for the healing process between the 2 procedures
