Botox caused my facial muscles to droop. Is there any treatment to reverse this effect or lift and firm my face?

At 4 months the Botox should be almost completely gone. Over time you will build up the bulk of your muscle again.You can attempt jaw exercises in the mean time to help speed up the process. Once the muscle is restored it should help with any skin or face alterations that came as a result of the Botox injections.  Hope this helps.

Botox treatment you had on your masseter muscles may last for 6-8 months, which
is longer than the length of effect time Botox lasts for the smaller facial
muscles, like in the forehead. I would recommend waiting a little while longer
for the Botox to wear off, and your muscles to regain their strength. In the
meantime, I would advise seeing you injector to discuss if there are any filler
treatments that can be done to help add volume to the areas that you feel are
sagging.

Great question. Unfortunately the only real treatment for Botox induced paralysis is tincture of time. Usually the effects resolve within 3-9 months so you should hopefully see some resolution soon.
