Your expectations are very high and perhaps unrealistic.  While Liposuction might improve your body shape, comparing yourself to celebrities may prove to be frustrating for you.  Remember these people have carefully crafted public images and most if not all of their photographs are heavily edited (Photoshop) to remove imperfections and require approval from their marketing teams.  Focusing on your own situation through diet and exercise will help you realize that a healthy body is fat more desirable than the photoshopped images that can never be attained.

I would recommend getting on a weight training program to firm your arms, legs, and thighs. Also, I would recommend eating mainly fruits, vegetables, not French fries, and meat. Stay off sodas and sugars, breads, and sweets. At your young age, you can do a lot to help achieve the look you want. After eating properly and exercising, if you have too much abdominal fat, go visit with a board certified plastic surgeon when you are 18.

The greatest potential changes from liposuction come from patients who have thick layers of subcutaneous fat. The actual physical waste underneath the five layers cannot be altered by liposuction.Some people have a narrow waist and others don't. Based on your pictures, you appear to be a good candidate for liposuction.I would not expect to look like the supermodels you describe.
