I have 650 cc and going up to 800 cc in silicone implants will I go up at least a cup size, I want bigger in 5'3 and 120 pounds

You should take time to consider the ramifications of a heavy weight (even at 600) and the wear on your body and tissues.  I encourage you to consider going down if anything.

Good morning!I do a lot of XL augmentations (600cc and above), and I can tell you that the larger you are, the less difference it makes when you add volume. In other words, adding 150cc to 300cc implants will make a much larger difference than adding 150cc to your 650cc implants.Going up to 800cc will make a minimal visible difference, and it is unlikely to take you up a full cup. You're probably looking in the 900-950cc range, which would mean using saline.I have attached a link to my XL breast augmentation revision photo page for your review- hope it helps!

Typically, going up 150cc will add one cup of volume to your breasts.  Discuss this with your PS.  Good Luck!

The largest gel implant is 800cc's. Going up another 150 cc's would probably give you an additional cup. However, with the larger implant, you will have more weight on your neck and shoulders, and more thinning of your own breast tissue. Long term, it may not be a good decision, especially in someone who is only 5'3".

Thank you for the question and pictures.   You will find that online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific advice in regards to selection of specific breast implant size/profile. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals will be critical.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals  with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining  breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as  “natural” or "go up a cup size" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on   who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup  size may also be inaccurate.  
3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery ( after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers).  Viewing the patient's chest wall in the upright and supine positions, with temporary sizes in place, help select  the best breast implant size/profile for the specific patient.

Going up 150cc when already having implants that are as large as you do will make some difference, but not a huge change. You will notice the size increase, but I wouldn't expect for a dramatic increase in size.

Why would the 2nd Breast Augmentation be more expensive than the first? Does it look like the right one will ever drop? (photo)
