Hi, It's been 4 days since I got lip filler and I have just noticed tiny white lumps on the inside of my top lip on both sides, nothing on my lower lip. What is this and what should I do??

Thanks vickivapevape for your question! It is quite common to notice small changes in the texture of your lips shortly after a filler treatment. While only your injector can give you a definitive diagnosis after a physical exam, those tiny white bumps on the inner lip are usually one of two things Fordyce Spots or Minor Lumps. Fordyce spots are enlarged oil (sebaceous) glands that are perfectly natural and usually harmless. When filler is injected, it adds volume that stretches the lip tissue. This can make existing glands that were previously hidden or flush with the skin become more visible and prominent.
Regarding minor lumps, at just four days post-procedure, you are still in the peak window for swelling and settling. So, these could be small collections of the hyaluronic acid filler that are sitting slightly more superficial or reacting to local swelling. If the bumps are painless and purely a textural issue, it is likely fordyce spots or settling filler. 
However, it is always best practice to send those photos to your injector. They can often identify fordyce spots instantly from a clear, high-resolution image and give you peace of mind.

Thanks for your question! The short answer is that you should get a check up consult with your cosmetic doctor this week if possible. You need a face to face consult to make sure that it isn't filler or infection that may need treatment.
In saying that, It looks like the white lumps you are referring to could be a normal gland called "Fordyce spots". The white spots can be found on the lips (and genitals) and are of only cosmetic concern. I would wonder whether they were there before the injections and never noticed by yourself or whether the lip filler place underneath has caused their appearance to increase.
