I have tiny white bumps on top inner lip 4 days after filler, should I be concerned? (Photos)

Hi, It's been 4 days since I got lip filler and I have just noticed tiny white lumps on the inside of my top lip on both sides, nothing on my lower lip. What is this and what should I do??
