Mitch has been the best cosmetic physician I've had. He is so personable, yet professional and always has time to ask about what you are/have been up to. He is not stuck up like other practitioners and always makes a visit to his practice so pleasant, and you can tell he wants to do the best job he can for you. Extremely happy with his service and professionalism.
Mitch is a very talented injector / Doctor, I have gone to several other medical professionals and never received such good care. He is very professional, gentle and keeps you calm while injecting your face. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a cosmetic injector.
Hi There, Swelling that is delayed can be caused from infection or a different reaction called "hypersensitivity reaction". Both of these need treatment that is different. Please go back to your doctor and have a check asap. Dr Mitch
Hi There, Filler can be injected into the area but usually only small amount each session and very carefully. There is an issue with the blood supply that needs to be considered and also the amount of support the cartilage provides to hold the filler in place. You may need multiple sessions over many month to get it right. The last thing you want is lots of filler put in there that weighs down the ears and causes a worsening charge to another part of the ear. Hope this helps. Dr Mitch
Hi there, Yes once you have stopped breastfeeding and are not trying for another pregnancy. Enjoy Motherhood. Dr Mitch
Hi Jessie1993, Thanks for your question! Unfortunately I suspect that this would not be easy to correct without reducing the volume of your lips. I would strongly recommend avoiding any further filler in your lips for at least a year and maybe even considering seeing your cosmetic doctor about the option of reducing the filler volume with hylase. It's hard to know without examining your face in person but i supsect your face shape and structure is not made to support such large lips. You may find some injectors will suggest more filler in the lines or cheeks to reduce you concerns but i would highly advise to avoid further filler. Hope this helps Dr Mitch Evans
Hi Witchy Women, Hope this message reaches you quickly. Any painful lumps post filler need urgent appointment with a cosmetic doctor as you many need the product dissolved with hylase and to start a course or antibiotics and maybe steroid tablets. Please ensure the clinic gets you in quickly or see another doctor asap. If you have any fevers then a trip to hospital emergency would also be justified.
