How can I fix my crooked lips? My top lip has an awkward dip down the middle. (Photos)

It rises up unevenly on one side, my bottom lip is slightly wonky but doesnt bother me as much its more the unevenness of the top lip and i really dont like the uneven dip, is there any way i can fix it and does anyone know how much it might cost? thanks for the help

Hello TracyB.I certainly do appreciate your concerns. While your smile is pretty overall, there's mild asymmetry and lack of balance between the upper and lower lips with your full smile. I also see the areas of imbalance where the lips thins/thickens. I would suggest you consider a combination of neuromodulator (Botox and  Dysport) and dermal fillers for best outcome. Alternatively, you can begin just with a dermal filler. Once this issues is identified most patients need lifetime treatments so find a good injector/physician for a formal consultaiton.Best wishes. Thank you for your question. I suggest that you consult with your board certified facial plastic surgeon because you seem to be an ideal candidate for injectable fillers. The injectables can create more symmetrical lips.

Lip augmentations with fillers is a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Cost will vary with how much filler is needed to get your desired results. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers.

I think that a good treatment option for you could be lip filler. This gel-like substance is made out of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring sugar in the skin. 
If I were your treating doctor, I would contour both sides of your upper lips and then fill them, making them a bit bigger and plumper. This would make the middle part of your upper lip appear less prominent. 
After that, I would contour the middle part of your upper lip. This is called the cupid bow. It is also essential to maintain a good ratio between the upper and lower lip. The ideal ratio is one-third for the upper lip and two-thirds for the lower lip.
