I have 300 cc and 255 cc (there was a big asymmetry). I am contemplating removal with or without lift. The breast where I have 300 cc was merely a nipple before (1 year ago) (and a tiny bit of breast tissue). The inframamary fold was moved down for both. Can they look better after explant then before implanting? Can I keep the present position of the folds? I am 34, had 1 child before augmentation (pregnancy and lactation didn't change the size or shape of mybreasts, only of the nipples).

Answer: Implants removal Dear ada8823, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Implant removal It is possible for your breasts to look better after explant surgery than they did before the augmentation, but this will depend on a number of factors, including the amount and quality of remaining breast tissue, the elasticity of your skin, and the surgical technique used during the explant and any associated lift procedure. Best of luck ! If you decide to remove your implants without a lift, it is possible that your breasts may sag or appear deflated, especially if you had very little breast tissue prior to your augmentation. However, your doctor may be able to use a smaller incision and remove any excess skin to improve the appearance of your breasts. If you opt for a lift in addition to the explant surgery, this can help to improve the shape and position of your breasts. Your surgeon will be able to reposition the nipple and areola and tighten the skin to create a more youthful, lifted appearance. It may be possible to maintain the position of your existing inframammary folds, but this will depend on the amount of excess skin present and the degree of sagging. It's important to have a thorough consultation with your plastic surgeon to discuss your goals, expectations, and concerns, as well as the best surgical approach for your individual needs. Your surgeon will be able to assess your breasts and provide you with personalized recommendations based on your anatomy and desired outcomes. I hope this helps, best of luck !
